We live amidst the magic of technology. And we live in an era where advances in science have, apparently, removed the mystery from our lives. And maybe we are uncomfortable with the idea of a life that is dependent on something supernatural. Whatever the reason, we tend to de-emphasize the amazing opportunity of living a life empowered by God’s Spirit.
Beginning on Pentecost Sunday, we are considering the question “What does it mean to have the Spirit of the risen Christ working in my life? The sermons below consider an unusual set of passages. For example, what does Jesus driving evil spirits out of a man have to do with Jesus in me?
